Q: Very tempted to get one of these until I saw the problems about notifications (on-off, welcome-goodbye, etc.) being jammed in without owner's consent. Will you let me know if / when this is fixed?
A: Hello Txasslm, Thank you for your feedback and question. At this point there are no plans to update the on/off notification. This is part of the programmed computer chip component within the Soundbar and is a component that we are currently committed to. If a new model is produced down the road this is something we hope to fix. I personally have this soundbar and have no issues with the on/off notification voice. Thank you again for reaching out!

Q: My sound bar randomly turns on and off. And it wouldn’t be an issue except for the extremely loud and obnoxious “power on” “power off”. Why is mine turning on and off randomly when my TV is off? This is my second one and they both have done this.
A: Hello 904BB, Thank you for reaching out with this issue! We are so sorry for the bad experience. We are the manufacturer and wanted to reach out with some additional information on top of what the retailer has already answered. Our Hearth & Hand Soundbar is equipped with HDMI-CEC technology, which means that once the soundbar is connected to your TV through the HDMI ARC port that even though the TV is off, any other equipment that is connected to your TV can turn the soundbar on or off when that equipment is turned on or off. We believe that this may be related to the experience that you are having. Q: Bought this today and it did not come with a remote or a manual. What do I do?
A: Hello em, Thank you for your review and feedback! We are so sorry for your bad experience! The remote is in a bag with the user manual, and is packed into the end of the cardboard molds that hold the soundbar in place in the box. Because of this, some customers have thrown the bag away not realizing that it was packed into this cardboard end holder. Please look through the packaging to see if it was accidentally discarded. Q: My hearth and hand sound bar did not come with a remote or charger, it was on sale so I’m assuming it was lost out of the box although that was not disclosed. What kind of charger can I use to charge this sound bar?

Many customers have accidentally thrown out the remote, manual and power adapter with the packaging as these items are nestled into the hard cardboard end holders that hold the soundbar snuggly in the box. If you inspect all the packaging and you still cannot find these items, then please email our Tech Support Team at support@ttinno.com and we will work to get you replacement parts. Q: I purchased this today & it did not come with the remote included. What do you suggest I do?

Please make sure that you are looking thoroughly through the packaging as this soundbar does come with a slim black remote. I purchased this soundbar personally and if I remember correctly the remote was in a plastic bag with the user manual and 2 batteries, and/or it was in a bag taped into the brown cardboard mold that the soundbar ends are in. Either way, we are so sorry for the bad experience, but assure you that this product does come with a remote control. If there truly is no remote then please exchange your product to Target for a new one since it would take weeks to get just a remote to you. Q: Is this 5.1 Channel? Can you connect other speakers to it (wired or wireless speakers)?
A: Hello Billy, Thank you for your question! This soundbar is a 2.0 channel speaker system, meaning it does not support 5.1 surround sound. It is designed as a standalone unit and does not include or support additional speakers such as satellite speakers or subwoofers. Additionally, it does not offer the ability to connect other speakers—either wired or wireless. If you're looking for a setup with surround sound or speaker expandability, a home theater system with dedicated speaker outputs may be a better fit. Q: What is the watt output? 40 watts? 60 watts 100 watts? Also is this wireless and have a rechargeable battery or plug in only? If wireless capable what version of Bluetooth does it have?
A: Hello Billy, Thank you for reaching out! The Hearth & Hand Wood Grain Soundbar is a plug-in-only device and does not include a rechargeable battery, so it must be connected to power during use. It does support wireless audio via Bluetooth, using Bluetooth version 5.4, which offers reliable and efficient connectivity for streaming music from compatible devices. As for the watt output, the power adapter output is listed in the product user manual as "DC 22V 2A" which would be 44W, but I am guessing you are actually asking about the speaker watt output (RMS). Q: Was excited to get this but sadly was only able to use about maybe a handful of times. one day I went to use it and it won't turn on. Everything looks okay with cords and inside..still doesn't work

Q: Is this magnolia soundbar wireless?
A: Hello, Thank you for reaching out with this great question! The Wood & Brass Soundbar by Hearth & Hand with Magnolia can be used wirelessly through Bluetooth technology, but the Soundbar itself will always need to be plugged in using the provided power cord.
