Nice piece - assemble with a friend (takes two)

Nice piece of furniture, just what we wanted. Definitely takes two people to assemble - read directions carefully as well. Takes smarts and strength to get the pieces to fit correctly. But once done, really like it!

New Turntable/Album Stand

I really like this unit. We bought it for our albums and turntable. You need two people to assemble and directions could have been a bit better. This didn’t irritate me enough to not give it a 5.

Horrible quality

Never even put it together this item came covered it deep scratches and scuffs, unacceptable for the price

Any damaged, missing or defected part can be replaced by contacting us directly. Missing and/or damaged parts are certainly not part of the intended Crosley Experience, and anytime we send replacement parts it is will be via FedEx ground (most areas within a few business days!). We will supply parts within the warranty period if you contact one of our specialized agents at 1-800-815-4796 Monday through Friday 8am to 6pm EST.

Manufacturing is awful

We ordered this item twice, and each time it arrived with a manufacturing issue that prevented us from putting it together. Luckily my husband and I figured out how to fix the second-time-around manufacturing issue and we now have an assembled piece. It’s cute - but we wouldn’t have ordered it a third time because apparently the makers can’t figure out how to properly assemble their own piece of furniture….
