A: Dear CG. This is Paper Pleated Shade designed for temporary use. This was not tested for us up to 3 years. I believe if you prefer shades that last up to 10 years, it would be better to purchase one of the many permanent window shade options at Target.

A: Dear Fashionista. We recommend that you test a small area before installation to ensure your surface will not be damaged.

A:  no it will not pull the paint off. I’ve been using them for years. They might leave a little sticky residue.

A: Dear QR. Yes, these shades are opaque. People outside will not be able to see through them, ensuring your privacy.

A: Dear Stacy, while this product may collect dust over time, we recommend using a high-quality black or dark gray microfiber cloth for cleaning. Microfiber is specifically designed to trap and hold dust rather than simply spreading it around. Additionally, using a dark-colored cloth prevents light-colored lint from being left behind on the surface.

A: Dear Ewhite. That sounds very unusual. Once you remove out of the package, there is still a bit more tension since these pleats are pressed in a way that encourages them to stay in their intended form. Once you lower it to the bottom and insert the clips to hold the last pleat in place, it should go all the way to 72”. I would suggest that you lower it all the way to the bottom a few times if you still have not reached your desired length.

A: Dear Nobody. We only sell one size at Target. However, this 36" x 72" size can be cut down to any required width.

A: Dear Tina. We have not tested our double side tape with a hair dryer, but we have noticed that this did work for some customers based on comments seen online.
