Q: When I select the length and the width for the product it shows the opposite length and width in the description. How do I know the actual size of the blinds?

A: Thank you for your question! We understand the confusion! The product page may display width and height in a different order depending on the marketplace’s system. To confirm, the first number always represents the width (left to right) and the second number represents the height (top to bottom). For example, if you select 35" W x 64" H, the blind will measure 35 inches wide and 64 inches high. If you still see a mismatch, we recommend double-checking the size in your cart before checkout — that will always reflect the correct measurement of the blinds you’re ordering.

Q: I measured W = 58.24 inches and H = 47.43 inches, which size can I take?

A: Thank you for your question. For inside mount, we recommend selecting a width that is slightly narrower than your opening so the shade will fit comfortably inside the frame. A 58" wide x 48" high shade would be the closest fit. Please note that our shades come with a small factory deduction to ensure they fit inside. For outside mounts, we recommend extending 2–3 inches beyond the window frame on each side and above the top for the best light blockage and a more polished look.

A: Thanks for your question. Our vinyl mini blinds are designed to be light-filtering. This means they let some natural light through the slats when tilted open, but when the slats are fully closed, they provide privacy and reduce glare — however, they do not block 100% of light like a true blackout shade would.

A: Thanks for your question! For inside mount installation, you’ll want the blinds to fit inside your window frame without being too tight. That’s why each blind is made about ½ inch narrower than the listed size. Example: A 24" blind actually measures about 23.5", so it fits in a 24" wide frame with room to spare. They arrived this morning all 9 of them. I unboxed and my husband put them up and with cleanup and recyling we were finished in an hour an a half. You don't realize how crappy your old ones were until you replace them. A real see the results instantly easy home upgrade. Directions were easy to follow and ours were inside mount.

I ordered 2 of of the exact same blinds, chicoligy 69x48. One fits and the other doesn't. One blind measures to 68.5 and the other over 69.5???? Is there that big of a tolerance? Because now one blind fits and the other doesn't which is extremely frustrating

I knew something was off when I saw how small the box were. I have been searching all over the place for 63 width blinds and was excited I found them on Target and for a reasonable price. But when I open the box this is what I found. No blinds! Some collars? I will be returning and now the blinds are out of stock! So I will go to some home improvement stores to see if I can find them in a store.
