These are the best shades!!

HORRIBLE. Save your money, they’re cheap for a reason. Because of the zigzag pattern unless they’re PERFECTLY aligned then there’s no point in trying. Even with *tape* holding them together, unless you tape every single inch, they’re useless. The edges, the bottoms, if you try to overlay them together, they let in so much light. They’re cheap for a reason! Measure your window and take those measurments to Lowe’s, they’ll cut nice panels for you which are the high quality thick pull down ones that aren’t even that expensive if you REALLY are looking for blackout curtains. Not to mention if you have a long window like mine, you’ll need three to four panels which is pointless; I should’ve used that money and invested in the good ones!! In my photos you can see I had to cut and tape down and extra layer over the connecting pieces and that STILL didn’t work. Also you can see the edging lets in a lot of light and there’s so much tape on my walls! These are a regret purchase!!

It’s a good product for a quick fix! Maybe not for a long-term solution. Easy to assemble! It’s a little difficult to pin back up. Keep the room very very dark!

Blackout shades needed for a large window that curtains cannot be used. Blocks out all the sun effectively and sticks to the older walls well. Good price too.

Exactly what I was looking for… the black out curtains I had did a good enough job to not replace for the pricier options. When I saw these in store I knew it would be my wildest, darkest dreams! Boy oh boy… eye mask who? I bought 3 and just intertwined them because my window is 95” long (& I didn’t mess up the cutting). Long and behold, a few minutes later it was the greatest under $20 investment I did for my REM cycle. I was so excited to get them up that it didn’t cross my mind to secure the intertwining… I added double sided tape at the top and bottom creases so it at least stays in place. Definitely buy again!

Easy to trim to size. Works exactly as described.

Inexpensive and gets the job done. The one I bought came with 2 clips. The only thing that irks me is that there are some places where the blinds kind of crinkles wrong when the wind blows and moves it, but that's just my OCD talking! For the price you can't go wrong. I literally cut it to size with a scissors and put it up in less than a minute. Also I wish the material was a little bit thicker/sturdier. Easy breezy!

I was worried at first about the darkness. I had the white shades that brought a little light which I loved in the morning. For privacy reasons these are a much better option. It does a wonderful job and it still has light in the morning without really seeping in too brightly. These are my favorite blinds to buy because they are easy to assemble and they have a sharp look. The handles are very simple and resourceful. I am a happy camper with the room darkness shades.

These are the BEST, the CHEAPEST, temporary or permanent blind. I’ve had it up for 4 months now and haven’t even bothered to switch it for an actual blind because it does the job perfectly. I highly recommend it!

When I say these have made a HUGE DIFFERENCE OMG! I should purchased them sooner. Yes, there is a little light that peeks through but nothing in comparison to what it was before. I should’ve purchased these years ago for my apartment. I could’ve saved hundreds on my electricity bill. I getting more for a couple other windows.

Perfect. I bought these to block out light in our living room when we watch movies during the day. I went with these because of the price, we have 8 windows. They have stayed on for only being sticky tape/glue and they do a good job of blocking out light

It definitely blocked about the sun. The room is pitch black when they’re down. For the price I feel that I can’t complain to much, but I would want a little weight at the bottom so they won’t curl up. I just a plant that I have to keep them down. I do plan on purchasing more for other rooms. I have them in the bedroom now.
