It's cute, but I don't like the fact that you can't face the bird in a different direction. The cord is permanently on one side. I would like to be able to face the bird in another direction, but don't want the cord showing.

I bought two of these lamps for my mantle and they are perfect. Just the right height, the shade is close to the color of the wood paneling, and the birds are just interestring enough to make the lamps unique. I put in smart bulbs so I can adjust the brightness and have them set at about 50%, giving the mantle a gentle glow. These lamps were packed very carefully, have very long power cords, and are good quality for the price! I will def shop at Lamps Plus again.

This lamp came with scratches, is of poor quality, and it is impossible not to see the bright bulb shining out the top of the lamp unless you put it on a very high surface. I bought a pair and after opening the first one, decided to send both back. The person who helped me with the returns was so helpful and friendly that returning them was easy and stress-free.
