A: Hi - the manufacturer calls the color "Sky Blue", but it is a teal blue color to our eyes. It's a lovely ceramic base. Thank you for the question.

A: Hi - no, this lamp design has an on-off switch at the socket. It you are looking for 3-way bulb functionality, however, we'd suggest adding a tabletop cord dimmer switch to the lamp. This gives you far more lighting control than a 3-way bulb, allowing you to set the light level to whatever you want. Hope that helps, thank you for the question.

Beautiful lamp
The color is lovely! Unlike some other lamps I have ordered from other retailers, this shipped with sufficient padding to properly protect the lampshade. Deducting a star for some small imperfections in the glazing job and irregularities that made it hard to get the harp sitting evenly, but overall a lovely lamp that is great accent in any room.
