Q: What is the width of the base? Will it fit on a console table that is 8" deep?

A: Hi - the base is 6" wide at the bottom, but the shade is 15" wide across the top. So if your console table is set against a wall the shade will prevent the base for fitting on the table. If the table is set into your room space and not against a wall then it should fit not problem. Thank you for the question.

Q: It says it has 2 bulbs. If I pull the chain will both lights work at the same time

A: Hi - this design has two chains, one for each bulb. So if you pull on one chain it will turn on or off one bulb only. Hope that clears it up, thank you for the question.

Love this lamp!
I really like this lamp. It was shipped in packaging that securely protected the shade and body of the lamp. This lamp is the perfect height for my end table. The price is affordable, it’s very beautiful and would complement many interiors. I previously purchased a smaller lamp (similar style) by this company almost a year ago and it is wearing well.

I purchased one Omar Warm Brown Hourglass Table lamp and liked it so much I purchased a second one. Unfortunately the second lamp shade was damaged during shipping and when I spoke to the salesperson regarding it she immediately took care of the issue and ordered a new lamp shade. Everything worked out perfectly and I would highly recommend Lamps Plus store in Fair Oaks, CA where they provide outstanding customer service.

Perfect addition to bedroom.
I purchased these two mid century modern inspired lamps for my bedroom. They are the perfect addition to my eclectic taste in furnishings. Both are very well made and offer the calm I wanted for my room. In addition the color in the photos are spot on to the actual lamp base and shade. Highly recommend them if you love mid century modern furnishings!
