All of the color can be removed by following the instructions on the can “Use a brush to remove as much color as possible, then shampoo thoroughly. Rinse with warm water. Repeat if necessary”. A: Yes, but you have to wash it out right away when your night is done. Don't sleep with it on, or it will be super difficult to get out.

Used this hair dye spray for our granddaughter on Halloween. Her hair was so difficult to comb out before her shower. Rubs off on everything, but washed out of clothing so that’s a plus. Only reason I gave it one star.

This stuff had my hair GLOWING orange! It’s a bit sticky but worked really well. Be careful of wearing white and make sure to use a cape or towel around you so the remnant spray doesn’t sprinkle all over your clothes. It was way more orange on my blonde pieces of hair vs. the dark. I’m not sure how well this would show up in hair that is t already lightened.

Took about 3 coats to get short dark hair to turn a light grayish white. If you have hair that is any longer than short, then you will need more than one can. Also too 3 washes back to back to back to get it out of hair. Fumes in the spray are strong, spray outside

Purchased purple. It was very light and after a short time looked more pink than purple. Color transferred at any slight touch because it never dried. This product is also very drying to the hair. It’s left feeling like straw with the use of a good conditioner and leave in. We did this the night of wear and the next morning. We’ll need to look into a deep conditioning treatment to restore health. I would not recommend this to anyone. * photo is 1/2 the can 👎🏼

Works very well! Super easy to wash out with soap. Good color pigment and I have light brown hair. Does make hair stiff but just don’t touch it it brush it and you’ll be fine. Does rub off on clothes so be aware. Perfect to color the surface of your hair for a day.

Essentially spray chalk. Comes out with you brush it. The one from spirit is a lot better and actually stays/ sticks in the hair. It’s probably like $1 more but it’s worth it.

It’s the washable part that has me mad. I am a processed blonde and I bought this washable spray to use for one night. Three shampoos and a conditioner later and we still rocking black hair. No big deal if my blonde wasn’t so expensive to begin with. I didn’t come home and wash it immediately but about 23 hours after initially put it in. Never again. A wig would have been worth it.

Wouldn’t recommend. Even hours after application still needs rubbed off onto hands. Had a greenish undertone and made my hair all frizzy and poofy couldn’t even get a brush through it.

Red held its color- so well in fact that I have now washed my kids hair several times with different brand shampoos/conditioners, and the hair is still tinted red- good luck getting it out if you have light hair!

I have dark colored hair and the color was slightly their, but getting it out was a mess! The spray made my hair crunchy as anything and took several washes to get the hard, textured feeling out. Do not get this if you have thick hair because it is not worth it.

This is a LAST step to your hair style- It is the strongest hold hairspray you will ever encounter, and the only way to do anything with your hair after using it is to wash it out. It is effective, your hair will be blue, but it will also be rock solid! So as long as you know that in advance, it works well.
