Q: How do I get the wrinkles out of the comfoter? I've been buying this for 6 years now and it's never come in a vacuum packaged until this year... totally ruined the whole comforter.

  • A: Hi JMC - For the Serena Comforter Set we recommend you grab one end of the comforter and shake it firmly a few times. Move to the opposite side of the comforter and shake it again. Repeat the process until you've shaken the fabric from all four sides. Thanks for stopping by!!

    WARNING

    I've been buying this comforter for 6 years because I was obsessed with the look and quality. However, this year it came vaccuum packed and the stuffing inside is clumped and there are wrinkles EVERYWHERE. Do not purchase and disregard the older reviews... so sad to see companies cheaping out on quality of once great items

    Beautiful until you have to Wash It

    I loved this comforter and it was beautiful in my daughter’s room, yet after washing a time of two in a XXL front loader washing machine, on the bedding setting, the comforter came out with parts of the stuffing in clumps. The flowers would come unraveled, too. I loved the comforter so much, I was able to keep it for about 2 years before I absolutely had to throw it away.

    Those petals are gorgeous in a room refresh. This style likes a large-capacity front loader with low spin and air-dry; if fill ever clumps, your retailer can assist with a replacement.

    Washes horribly

    It’s a super cute set, but the second you wash it, all of the inside balls up and it’s super lumpy! Had to throw it out and get a different set :(

    Horrible quality

    Beautiful, but horrible quality. It started ripping at the seams every time the bed was made. It lasted less than a year and for a hundred bucks?!?! Don't waste your money!

    Not what the picture portrayed

    The picture is very misleading. It arrived pretty fast and well packaged but poor quality of the actual item. The flowers were not prominent as the picture shows and the comforter was stitched together around the edges but the the middle so the comforter shifted which was rather annoying. I also felt it was thinner than what the picture portrayed.
