Hi Dogee, That’s definitely a surprising color difference. This collection has multiple colorways, so it sounds like the one you received leans into the warm tones. The initial scent you noticed is usually just from the sealed packaging and should air out quickly with a simple wash or a day of hanging. If the color isn’t what you were going for, the retailer can exchange it for the palette you expected.

The colors in the duvet covers and shams are beautiful. Very vibrant. I love a lot of color and these colors are so bright. The material is cotton so it is nice and soft - cool and comfortable. It is reversible - so works great if you like variety. I really like this style of duvet cover with the button closure. Makes it easy to change. The material washes beautifully and dries in a flash. For me, this is a year round set. I like the care given that it is not made with harmful chemicals. Just a really lovely set.

Way to Liven Up a Room!

This Boho Chic duvet cover set gives a POP to any bedroom! In addition to the duvet cover (which requires a duvet insert), the set comes with two pillow shams. The queen-sized duvet cover is 90x90 inches, while the shams are 20x26 inches. These 100% cotton products are machine washable, which is a big plus! The duvet cover is reversible, with the reverse side being a burnt orange color. While beautiful, it is a little on the scratchy side. Overall, I am thrilled with this product and the energy it brings to my bedroom!

Beautiful, elegant and soft
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautifully designed 3-pc quilt that has a pretty pattern and vibrant colors that go well for all seasons. The contemporary look of the art design brings brightness to the bedroom with its design. It is made of 100% cotton, so it feels super soft on the skin. It is filled with cotton and polyester and is reversible so can be used on both sides. Our family and friends who recently visited us complimented the vibrant design of the quilt. The turquoise and navy design are very vibrant both during day sunlight and during evening room lights. It adds to the overall décor of our home, and we will be getting similar quilt pieces for our other bedrooms as well.

Bohemian Bedroom
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My niece is the artsy type so when I came across Lush Decor’s Cotton Duvet Cover Set in the Boho Chic pattern, I knew it would be perfect for her. The colors are bold and vibrant within the beautiful paisley design. The 100% cotton, three piece set is very soft and generously sized as well as being machine washable using a cold setting. If the turquoise color would have been more blue toned as opposed to leaning more towards green, I would have given it a 5 star rating.

What an interesting concept to put your blanket inside of a cover to make it more cushiony or dense. I absolutely love the color scheme on mine. Not the traditional bold black or bold darker colors type of color guy.
