I have the light oak top one, so I was excited for a dark wood option. Sadly I'm super disappointed. There is so many marks and scratches on the edges..the color just peels away. But if you don't mind that, its decent otherwise. Super easy assembly.

Great storage for our kids' shoes in their closets.
We ended up switching to the white shelves to better match our closets, but these shoe shelves are great for our little kids’ closets. The kids now keep their shoes organized while maximizing the closet space. We can see all of their shoes nicely vs having to line the shoes along the wall, which takes up more space. Would buy again! This was easy to assemble and sturdy for what it's worth. It comes with backing support if you want to nail it to a wall, but it has been holding up fine for me near my entrance holding six pairs of shoes, a basket of keys, and a stack of library books to retun on the top surface shelf. I love that there are a variety of color finishes to choose from, I chose gray which matched my flooring. I think it's only worth purchasing when it's on sale though.
