Disappointed

I'm very disappointed in this unit. Ordered online, delivery was fine. The unit itself is not good. One of the legs/poles does not line up with the other 3 meaning when you put the shelves on the clips do not line up so the shelf doesn't sit straight. Very disappointing and now I have to bring it back to the store and do not want to wait for another delivery since they do not have them in stock at any stores near me!

Produvt is great and sturdy. The help center on the instruction sheet could usre educating. Center poles were male and female when I called for help and she was unable to physically help the girl told me to ask a neighbor for help.

Great design, materials and price

Sturdy and customizable. This unit came together super quickly, even though I had to build it inside the cramped side closet it is for. Don’t worry if you open the box to see a lot of broken plastic, as the packaging dividers for the shelves are flimsy. You won’t use them in the shelf anyway so it doesn’t matter. Assembly was smooth as long as I gently moved the shelf over the plastic cuff on all 4 sides before tapping it down. Love the adjustable feet. Overall I’m wicked happy with it. Would love to add another shelf to it if they sell spare parts.

Very poor quality

The first shelf out of the box looked like it wasn’t quite squared. I let it go, thinking it would be a one-off. Every single shelf is wavy, not squared off as it should be. Poor manufacturing. I would question if this shelf is actually “heavy duty.” I wouldn’t trust it for anything heavy. I don’t want to deal with the hassle of a return, so I’m going to try to make it work. I got a similar wire shelf from a certain orange home improvement store for almost half the cost and it seems much better quality.
