Q: Are the plastic sleeves supposed to actually snap together or???? This is impossible to put together. The box was glued so tight I had to destroy it just to get the shelf out. Now the sleeves won't evensnaptogether
A: I had the exact same issue!
submitted bySa11 - 2 years agoA: The plastic sleeves need to face "Top" when snapping together - they are wider at bottom than top, and don't fully snap together until slides up or down on the post into the groove.
submitted byKate - 2 years agoA: The plastic sleeves snap into the grooves on the uprights, at 1" intervals. By not using the grooves the shelves will be subject to sliding if enough weight is placed an individual shelf.

Q: Are the levelers adjusted by screws on the bottom, clockwise/counterclockwise to adjust up or down...in other words it is manually adjustable not self adjustable to level?
A: Great answer the bottom or legs have manual adjustable screws on the feet to raise or lower on uneven flooring to level....thanks

Q: Is there if YouTube on how to assemble this thing? Trying to keep from wobbling but not sure how small plastic rings help???
A: The 8 star-shaped rings included serve no final purpose in the shelving assembly. They only served to support and protect the shelves while they were close-stacked in the original shipping box.

Q: Extra plastic parts are included in the package that don't seem to have any purpose. Has anyone figured out what they are for?
A: The ring things are just packaging to keep the pole pieces from banging together in shipping.

Q: Can I Stack 2 of these on top of each other?
A: I popped out the top plastic inserts & put the 2. shelf on top. I taped the bottom & top shelf together with electrical tape from the top to the bottom shelf & put light stuff on the top shelf.
