A: I called the number Rick provided above and after 45 minutes they told me “there is no instruction manual for this item” so hopefully it worked out better for you!

Pro tip get a ratchet Phillips for assembly it comes with a garbage Philips screwdriver, I have been told I have Vice Grips for hand but even I could not initially screw the screws in initially.

It didn't quite fit in the closet I wanted it to go in, as I mismeasured the doorway, even after the doors were removed. It wouldn't be hard to reassemble in there, as long as some of the screws can be screwed on from the inside (no reaching them if they're on the outside. But it's a nice replacement for a dresser, I'm thinking. It can be style well with some baskets or cloth bins. Quality was mid-range. The bars of the bottom and top platform will bend with too much weight, but the frame holding the shelves is strong enough. Just be delicate with what you place on it - as the metal will bend. I'm hoping it survives a few years in my Air BnB, since I bought this for that.

Target re-selling a returned item without inspection
Target sold a problematic item that somebody had returned. Without any inspection Target re-sold it at a full price. If I knew it was a returned item missing a piece I would not have bought it. Total waste of my time, effort and energy.

Absolute garbage. Was not manufactured correctly, so one part is off about an inch, and some of the metal parts were not manufactured correctly, causing us to drill holes where they needed to be per the instructions. Horrendous quality and experience. One issue? Fine. Two? Never buying from this brand again.
