Description
A decorative room-darkening window solution, Midnight features an innovative wrap-around design which helps prevent light leakage. Allowing your curtain or drapery panel to rest directly against the wall, wrap the panel around the curved end of the rod and tuck it behind the bracket to eliminate exterior light from seeping in. Midnight has a strong and stable 3/4 inch diameter, constructed to hold curtains from light to medium weights, with a maximum capacity of 22lbs. This double curtain rod can support 2 curtains and is available in multiple sizes. This curtain rod is made with an eco-friendlier finish. It produces 85% less water and solid waste than traditional electroplating finishes.

Doesn't work for ceiling to floor installation
The lock is on top which means you need at least an inch or so of space on top in order to install. You won't be able to install it directly against the ceiling or molding.

Great curtain rod !
Well built and great design. I wish I’d known this curtain rod existed years ago. The ability to have the curtains wrap around to the wall is great for darkening and also great for having them pushed out of the way to let in daylight.

They look nice, but I didn’t think about the fact that one bar is higher than the other so your curtains won’t hang evenly which is annoying. Not the best design for a double curtain rod.

Bought four of these. A total pain to set up, but they look nice and work well with blackout curtains. Prepare yourself for frustration getting them mounted level and tight to the wall

Sturdy but Not quite blackout
I ordered two for my daughter's room. Because the end of the rod that mounts to the wall does not sit flush to the wall (sits about 1/2" off of the wall), these rods really can't be a true blackout because the curtain edge cannot extend all the way to the wall, so there will always be that gap between the curtain and the wall. The tradeoff is that they are sturdy and easy to install. Also, I ordered 3 of and one had a slightly more golden silver tone than the others. They ends were a lot larger in diameter than they appear in the photos.

Minimum span spec wrong
The kit was exactly as described and looks very elegant. I was not able to keep this as it does not fit my location. It's listed as a 42" minimum span but really needs 43" minimum span due to the hidden mounting method of this design.

The best!
I am more than pleased with the quality and look of these double curtain rods. Most curtain rods have just 2 pieces and when stretched towards their limits they get super weak. These ones come with a third section to lend strength to longer runs on larger windows. After the first one I ordered two more and have recommended them to multiple people.

Brilliant design. Thoughtful installation and take your time and it will ensure it is easier installation. Umbra: I would prefer if the rods or especially the inner rod were closer to the wall so it actually blocked out more light.

Unique design
I just got everything out of the box to hang, looks easy enough. However, the middle bracing bracket’s paint is chipped. Hoping it won’t be seen.
