Q: Are the hinges already in place on the lower leg parts that extend and also are hinges in place on table top part that folds out? or does customer have to screw in the hinges?

Q: How much space is in between each of the legs? Will average size chairs fit well under this table?
Very easy to assemble with only 4 screws to attach legs to tabletop. The legs have adjusters to account for uneven floors. The legs easily fold out and lock into place. The color is nice cherry tone more on the brown side than a red. My only complaint is there some rough surfaces on some of the parts. For me it was on the table legs, not a deal breaker, but will definitely grab at a cleaning cloth. Table is stabile folded and extended.

Beautiful table that was very easy to assemble. The mechanism to drop a side is quite simple. It fits perfectly in the space I had.
