Nice quality for a decent price

I bought these through a BOGO offer (Buy One get One Free) online. Yet I was CHARGED 100% for each item! When I found the error I went into the local Target store (where I was making the pickup). I was told that since it was purchased online, I had to call online customer support. I called and spoke with several very pleasant foreign agents who didn’t seem to understand the issue involved. Me: “These items were advertised Buy One Get One Free.” Them: “I’m so sorry sir, but this offer expired yesterday.” Me: “It was bought and paid for online yesterday during the sale.” Them: “I’m so sorry sir, but this offer is no longer valid.” Me: “I understand that the BOGO offer has expired today. But I bought and paid for these items online YESTERDAY during the sale.” Them: “I’m so sorry sir, but this offer is no longer valid. How does a 20% refund sound?” Me: “Like Target intends to rip me off for 30%!” Them: “No sir, we will refund you 20%. How does that sound to you?” Me: “Like Target intends to steal 30% from me!” Them: “Sir, why do you say that? We would be giving you a refund of 20%.” Me: “Because you giving me a refund of 20% of the 50% owed, is a deficit of 30%!” So after approximately an hour of arguing, holds and asking for supervisor repeatedly, I got a nice foreign gentleman, who still didn’t understand that I had ordered a total of 6 items that were advertised as BOGO, meaning 3 items matching items were supposed to be free. He stated: “These items sale has expired after yesterday…” Me: “When I bought AND PAID FOR THEM, the six items, yesterday.” Him: “I will refund the money back into your account.” Me: “Thank You. You do understand that I’m needing a refund on a total of three items: Bluey Children’s towel, Spider-Man Children’s towels and the regular towels?” Him: “Yes! Yes! Yes! I understand and the refund will appear in your account shortly. Thank You for buying from Target.” I only received one refund, instead of the three owed. But to be fair, friends and relatives warned me that Target online would rip me off and there’s nothing I could do about it. They were obviously correct.

Very soft and perfect when you get out of a shower!

These are pretty good for the price. They do give off a lot of fuzz the first wash. They’re a little thin but affordable.

These are soft nice towels and I like the hanging tabs on the side.

These towels are nice plus, I got them on sale! My only compalint is the hanging loop is made out of a heavy duty, strapping material and it is very stiff and rough. I cut it off and trashed it. I'm not a fan of unnessary hanging loops.

Nice absorbent towels.

Horrible. They color is pretty, but it feels like drying off with cardboard. They don’t absorb the water either. They don’t fluff up when they are washed either.

Terrible! They leave fuzzies all over you. They’ve been washed several times but still shed.

Love the olive color! Towels are pretty and a good value.

Much nicer than anticipated. Had I known how nice I’d have ordered 6, but when I returned to order after receipt they were out of stock.

These have held up great in my daughter’s bathroom! Went and bought some more for another bathroom.

Color is off, more of a muted dark brown.

The ribbed towels are very soft and absorbent

They look really cute and the color is what I wanted but I’ve tried washing them multiple times and they SHED LIKE CRAZY! My white countertops are covered in tiny black shed all the time and makes such a mess!

Color is pretty, it’s not a thin towel and it washes well, but it’s on the smaller side of a towel.

I’m really disappointed in these towels. I got my order on September 10, but they forgot to ship two other sets I ordered, so I had to wait for another shipment on the 13th. I’ve only washed them twice to try and get all the lint off, and now one already has a hole in it. They also do not absorb the water off you. You have to spend extra time trying to dry off after shower. The only good things I can say are that they’re soft and the color is gorgeous. That’s the only reason I gave them two stars. I searched for weeks to find towels in this color, so it’s such a letdown. I usually trust Target for good quality, but these just aren’t it. Definitely not worth the money. I will be returning them.
