plastic breaks under normal use
The plastic that connects the shower head to the holder broke after less than a year of use - do not recommend. Others have reviewed the same thing.

Trust the 1 star reviews. Bought it in march immediately spraying water out of the seam. Reached oxygenics they sent a replacement but it took two attempts to send the right one. Now maybe a month after I finally get to use it the hose connection splits open mid shower and their response this time is “oh no, well we’d be happy to send a replacement but you have to pay shipping because it’s more I than 30 days past original purchase date”

Terrible product
I bought in late January of 25. The pressure was great. I was jist recently taking a shower and the metal on the shower head just snapped. The place where it snapped I have to purchase a whole new shower head. I have only had this product for less than 4 months. Should last longer than 4 months.

We will replace all parts that are defective, if we are unable to replace the part, we will replace the entire Oxygenics shower unit. Proof of purchase from the original consumer must accompany all warranty claims. Please, do not return your product without first contacting Oxygenics. Cheap hose - burnt plastic smell
Cheap hose that reeks like burnt plastic. Great head and look, and the different modes are great, but the plastic hose part is not malleable at all and smells and looks horrible. You can get much better options for the same price point

We recommend that you submerge the hose in a mixture of vinegar and baking soda diluted with water. Leave the hose in this mixture for 30 minutes to 1 hour and then remove and rinse with clean water. This should improve the smell that you are experiencing.

Horrible material, cheap plastic. Followed all steps and water kept spouting up from cheap plastic connection. Returned and purchased a cheaper one that works amazing and had no issues installing.

Works well!
I got this to replace my mom’s old shower head. She absolutely loves it and it’s different spray modes! The hose was twisted up when we took it out of the box but after a few hot showers the hose started straightening out!

Love this shower head! There are different settings you can choose from that makes this so good. Water velocity is strong and the color is really nice. It is a little bulky to hold but I do have small hands.

Excellent Product......Give it a Try
I received the 5" Contour 9 Spray Handheld Shower Head Brushed Nickel a few weeks ago. We just were able to install it due to Covid that we contacted. So, yesterday I had my husband install it in the bathroom in our room. First, it as quite easy to install which was a big plus. After installing it we turned it on so I said, "Hey let me shower!" The water pressure was definitely more powerful then before. The 9 different settings is awesome. The hose is long enough to clean anywhere on your body. I like that it is handheld...such a plus. After a wonderful shower it as real easy to clean also. I highly recommend others to buy one. I am getting 1 more for my other shower upstairs.

Almost perfect
Great shower head. Super easy to install and works great. It adjusts easily for tall people and has a bunch of different spray options. I will probably only ever use 2 of them but the options are nice. The detachable head is a must when you have kids and non negotiable with a big dog! The hose is nice and long. My cons are that the hose, while pretty, is kind of stiff. Like thick plastic? I also wish this shower head had the lever that shuts off water flow completely. I found that feature helpful on my old model when bathing small people and animals.
