We picked up our order at Target and the rug was in a heap no plastic or anything on it. We took it like that. Got it in the car and drove down the road as we live 45 min from Target. Drove to the other Target across town to take it back as we found the edges were ripped out. Tried to swap it out with another rug exact same one at different Target store and they wouldn’t take it back. So drive all the way back to the first Target. We prob drove 120 miles out of our way that day. Very upset with how my first rug looked. Cannot believe people are treated that way. Very upsetting. I love Target but not sure I will make that expensive of a purchase again.
