I have mixed feelings about this rug which is why I'm giving it 3 stars. For the positives, it's cute, I really like the pattern. For the negatives, the rug itself feels on the rougher side so I'm hoping maybe it'll soften up over time. The main negative though is it smells really really bad. I was going to lay it down in my guest bedroom but I'm having to drag it outside to air out as it smells like rotten eggs. I'm hoping the fresh air and sunlight will help air it out.

This is a beautiful, neutral rug that will go with almost any decor. It arrived rolled and packaged well. It was easy to open and it did not take long for the curled edge to flatten out with a little weight I put in the corners. It has no unpleasant odor and has not shed. It is a heavier rug so it doesn’t slide around and I did not need any rug grips underneath. Although hard to see in the pictures the rug has raised flowers and is about a 1/2” thick. I love it!
