Quality is mid - could be easily improved but drill holes are not properly aligned and have to force screw in at a slight angle - wanted to achieve a “built in” look for my TV recess wall. I like the style and the price was right - but please have factory re-align pre drilled holes.

I'm disappointed as the reviews were pretty good overall, but the shelf I got was damaged in a bunch of ways including dents, cracks, and big paint chips. The holes were misaligned, and most of all one of the sides was warped entirely to the side so the nails wouldnt go in. If it was cheap i wouldn't care, but for $80 it should be way nicer than this.

Nice Ladder Shelf
These are very nice shelves. They are heavy! Fed Ex left them outside so I actually know how truly well built they are. They come with a wrench to put together. The first was the hardest - taking about 45 minutes by myself. The second was easier. They are nice looking and well made. The outside screws are Bright Gold against the White - but I’ll get over it. If they had included caps, the product would be perfect. It comes with wall brackets if you have kids but I’m not concerned that it will tip.

Perfect except one thing
For the most part, this bookcase is exactly what I was looking for. The material is equilvant to the other bookcases I have that were more pricey. Assembly is pretty easy and simple for one person to do on their own. However, the quality could be...a little better. One of the 5 shelves was missing the drilled holes on one side. Easy enough to fix if you know how but something to watch for quality wise.

One of the easiest pieces of furniture I’ve ever put together, plus it’s got a great weight to the piece that makes it feel sturdy and of a much higher quality than its price tag might suggest. It looks great in the guest bedroom we put it in as well. Would recommend to others. Please note that the hardware screws show on the piece along the sides. Screw caps/covers to disguise the metal screws are not provided though I did not mind the look of exposed hardware. This last piece may matter to others

I assembled it myself, and it took around 2 hours to complete, only because I was distracted lol, but it was very easy to do. There were more screws in case you'd want it against the wall.
