Smells like a pool floaty

These came with a terribly strong odor similar to that of a pool floaty. There is cotton lint balls between the two layers of fabric that float in the air when opened/moved. Horrible quality

I love these curtains! They look so good and the inside is lined with a blackout lining! So it just looks like cute cloth material but it’s still blackout.
