The battery life in each one typically lasts for 3-5 years in most devices, depending on long and how often you have them on. The battery has a shelf life of 10+ years when stored properly. Great size for using in Starbucks bottle drinks (we up-cycle them and make “candle” holders). Super easy twist on and off switch. Would like to see them more in stock.

Bought these to replace actual tealight candles to reduce the risk of fire. These are wonderful as they twist to turn on as opposed to earlier models of having a switch at the bottom which can be hard to find or feel for in darkness. Batteries are also included and are replaceable. These also made the current power outage from the recent (1/8/23) storm tolerable due to the soft glow they emitted. Some said the glow with subtle flicker (mimicking an actual lit candle) made the darkness look "romantic" while others said it added elegance in an otheriwse total darkness. I placed them strategically in areas and the combined glow in every area provided enough light that no one bumped into things. They also are lightweight and portable that one can hold it (doesn't heat up) and can be used to spot light while searching for something. These lights lasts quite sometime. I was able to leave them on from 5 pm to 6 am the next day and then again until power was restored. These battery-powered lights are good for conserving flashlights and/or if want soft amber-glow throughout the night. The downside is that they are pricey. A flashlight is better for the cost and efficiency of lighting (any area).

You can't really beat the price on these, and they're so easy to use. I did have a few batteries die after a short time (1 or 2 days), but that's my fault for leaving them on. I lit a bunch of them for Halloween, and will probably do the same for Christmas!
