The light hurts your eyes it’s so bright and makes everything look like it has a purple hue. Would not recommend because of the light. Fan works well.

We have purchased six of these fans and they are wonderful. Easy to install, look great, really helps to circulate the air. The only negative is you can’t flush mount them. It never entered my mind to check because the first three I bought were being mounted on very high ceilings. The second three are on eight foot ceilings and the stem that connects to ceiling makes the fan feel really low. But overall they are awesome and stylish.

The fan works really good. The installation was easy. It provides plenty of air flow for the space. Things I would change: The motor is a little noisy and I would like the ability to control the light in the same way the fan speed is controlled. Currently with the light, one has to hold down the button and the light dims or brightens to the desired setting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bone white is almost like a buttercream. Against white ceiling you would really notice. Returned the fan for this reason only and ordered a different MinkaAire fan that is available in a more standard white. Have purchased this brand in the past and have had good experience.
