Q: Do you need wifi for these lights?
A: These lights are designed to be mainly controlled with a phone app, which connects with Bluetooth, not WIFI. They can also be controlled with a physical button that is built into the wire near the electrical plug, but that only offers control over a limited selection of lighting options. Q: Unable to pair with bluetooth
A: Unlike many bluetooth devices, these lights do not need to be "Paired" with your phone in the typical sense. Simply plug in the lights, make sure Bluetooth is turned on in your phones settings, and open the Chromabright app. At that point, when you open the app, click the "Add Device" icon in the top right of the screen, and your lights should show up. Q: how do you use on the porch with a doorway
