Dont waste your time.
Do NOT BUY! If I could give these zero stars I would. Completely useless instructions. Claims to cover up to a 7 foot tree but didn’t even have enough lights to cover a 6 foot tree. The app was useless since not all the colors could be displayed. The lights were dim and did not provide much diversity in the shade range. The concept is there but these failed when it came to execution. Extremely disappointed.

These lights have countless ways to customize colors and effects. The complaints from people about "no warm white color haven't looked at the color card or slider section of the app. One box is advertised to cover a 7.5 ft tree, but you need at least 2 boxes, if not 3 depending on your preference on light density (photo is a very full 8ft tree with 2 strands). Installation is super easy. You can "group" multiple light strands together so they coordinate. I would wait for a sale on these, but feel like for the ability to fully customize and change with a press of a button, they are totally worth it.

Disappointing
These lights were very confusing at first. They are not constructed as a long string. There are multiple small attached stings that run off a cord that is meant to go horizontal with the trunk of the tree. We found it difficult to conceal the horizontal wire and there was no helpful information about the best way to string the lights on the tree. The biggest issue we had with these lights was the colors were disappointing. We especially were disappointed with what was supposed to be the warm white color. There always seemed to be a greenish or pinkish cast to the white lights. For the price (even on sale) this was ultimately not worth it to us. The app does allow for some fun twinkling effects, but this was not enough to offset the color issues for us. We plan to return these.

Goes up nice, looks terrible
Went up very easy. Advertised for a 7.5. Here is my 7.5 tree. There is no true white color. They are always tinted blue no matter what setting you try. Comes with a nice band to store them. That’s about it.

The effects are cool and the lights are bright. The problem is the wires are too short and we had to buy two sets to cover the whole tree. The other problem is you can't connect multiple strands together.

Don't buy at full price.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure about longevity since we just put them up, but this was the easiest time putting up our lights on our tree that we’ve ever had. It goes up the back like a spine and then wraps around from smallest set to the largest part at the bottom. The app UI is ugly, but the different effects are fun. Yellow looks green, but messing around with the colors eventually gets you a nice warm light. They sync up really nicely with our other set of outdoor lights as well.

Easy to install, can do warm white
We didn’t know what to expect with these since they had no reviews when we bought them, but we are very happy with them! They were fast and easy to install. The strings didn’t wrap all the sway around the tree but by wrapping from both sides we were able to get good coverage on our 6.5 foot tree. And they do white! You have to select “color card” on the app and white is at the bottom. The warm white is pictured on our tree. Also, if you turn the tree off it remembers the last color setting. No complaints so far!

I get the concept
Returning immediately. They are not like normal string lights, you have to go straight up the back of the tree and then other strings branch out from the main cord. That would be fine except they are very short and don’t even wrap around the full section. Also, there is no way to connect additional strands or a tree topper to these. Returning to get normal lights. Also bad reviews regarding the app associated with using the lights
