Q: How many stands would you recommend for a 7.5 foot tree?

  • A: 3 sets would be sparse, so it depends how much light you like on your tree. I used 2 sets on my pre-lit tree for a twinkle effect but on their own wouldn't be enough.

  • A: To connect a second set of lights, remove its adaptor (removeable electrical plug) and the control box from the second strand. At that point, you can attach it to the end of the first set. Not relaxing, too much blue light

I thought these would be a nice replacement to indecent multi colored lights on my tree but they are not. they have a very bright blue light glow that isn't warm and relaxing like my incandescents. These will be going outside. I think they will be good for outside, but I'm disappointed they are too harsh to use inside

Blends well with incandescent bulbs

I wanted a slow twinkle light that was warm & but the horrible blue of LEDs. This twinkle is a little faster than I hoped but it's pretty perfect. Looks like fireflies inside my tree & blends perfectly with my warm incandescent lights.
