It is really cute and has a soft sit. It is also easy to set up and move up and down (to other positions). However, on the second day I noticd one of the cushions is a bit lumpy, and when you lean back on the seat (which has the bar inside to position it to other angles), you hear the creak of the metal. This continues to be the case. I was expecting more for the retail price. The only option given to me for this item (sold by Target via ModernLuxe) is to box it back up and cart it back for a refund. Target is limited in customer service due to their contract with this company. Given the item's weight & bulkiness (and my petite frame), this wasn't an option for me, so I am stuck with it. I had someone come in to help me move it, set it up and take the box away. I wasn't about to invest any more money into this substandard product. Target wasn't able to provide any other customer service for this item since it is sold from an outside vendor.
