A: The upper edge of the bottom shelf is between 3.5 and 4 inches from the floor.

Bad experience and not worth the money. The box sounded like sand was in it, I opened it and slid it out and rust came spilling out everywhere. It’s cheap and poor quality, one of the welded levers popped off as I was putting it together, I was in a pinch and was going to return it but didn’t have time to get something else so I used a zip tie where the lever broke. Would not recommend or buy again. Very dissatisfied.

Nice simple design and works great! Two of these fit an area beside the TV to hold movies and books, and we added the 3-shelf version next to that to extend under a window. Looks great, holds a lot of movies and books, easy to access.

The description of this item clearly states that the WIDTH is 11.25 inches and the DEPTH is 13 inches. When I read that, I realized it was exactly the size I needed. Unfortunately, whoever wrote the description must not understand the difference between WIDTH and DEPTH, as the actual width is 13 inches and the actual depth is 11.25 inches, making it too wide to fit into my space. After waiting for over a week for delivery, it's so disappointing to find that I cannot use it--and now am faced with figuring out how to get it to a Target store to return it. I'm so disappointed! I would not recommend this item to anyone whose space is less than 13 inches WIDE.

Great storage for a small space. I added this to the corner of my kitchen for a little extra storage and it’s perfect. Aseembly was insanely easy, nothing to put together just unfold the shelves from the frame. There were a few spots with discoloration but it’s not super noticeable and would be easy to touch up with a little white paint.

I would have liked it IF the shelves looked slightly more sturdy and weren't rusted and moldy looking. There were random mismatched spots of paint a I'mlso, like somebody tried to touch it up with a different color white paint.

Great for its purpose. Part of the metal was slightly bent so it was difficult to put the bottom shelf down. The legs aren't exactly even in lengths so it is slightly wobbly.

I bought this bookshelf in white. It basically builds itself- just open the sides like a frame and the shelves drop down. It’s fairly sturdy and not too heavy. I’m not giving it 5 stars because there quite a few places where the paint is chipped/knocked off. Fortunately I’m using this in a closet so the aesthetics aren’t that big of a deal,. That being said, I may order another as this would make an EXCELLENT plant stand.
