SUNCATCHER uses LED technology that helps people regain focus when there is a lack of sunshine and natural light commonly known as the winter blues. The Ultra model light therapy lamp delivers up to 10,000 LUX* of light to maintain energy and productivity lost due to disruptions in your circadian rhythm that occurs from inadequate access to natural daylight. The Plus model offers three light intensities includes a timer control – 10,000 LUX, 7,500 LUX and 5,000 LUX with sessions of 90, 60, 30 and 15 minutes - to maximize your comfort to help regulate your light intake. This is a really awesome salt lamp. It works well and I can see the benefits almost immediately. It’s a perfect size and perfect shape! Goes well in a lot of different rooms. The remote control is an awesome feature! I love it!

The Suncatcher lamp really lifted my spirits and helped give me the boost I needed with too much cloudy, sunless days! It is a nice size, large enough to be effective but doesn't take up too much desk space. The lamp has 3 different brightness settings and a variety of time settings! I don't think I can use the highest brightness as even the 5000 setting (shown in the picture) gives me a slight headache to start. It is really bright while I work, BUT each time I used it has gotten better! I started with the 15 min setting and 2x per day! I noticed it gave me an energy boost when I was feeling down or tired! I liked that it had a stand to hold itself up on my desk and also the option to hang it on the wall!

It doesn't seem to have done anything for me at all. I used it for two weeks with no noticeable difference in my mood and no reduction of anxiety. I am suspecting that maybe my anxiety is not seasonal.

This light is nice and I appreciate the versatility of how you can use it. There’s timed modes for how long it can stay on, 3 levels of brightness, a kickstand to stand on nightstands and even a spot for a hook to hang on the wall. The cord is nice and long to plug in, and it’s small in size to travel with if you desire. If you’re not used to these lights they are extremely bright and can be overwhelming at first but if you put it on the lowest brightness and get used to it it’s really nice longterm.

This light therapy lamp is fantastic to chase those winter blues away. When you basically live in a frozen tundra for 5 months out of the year, you body will thank you for using this. I’ve always taken vitamin D during our long winter months, but as I’ve gotten older they don’t seem to work as well. This has been a life saver. It’s giving me my energy and motivation back. It’s easy to lose both with long dark days and over cast skies. I’ve been using this twice a day for almost a month and I’m so pleased with it. It’s super easy to use, just plug it in and it’s ready to go. I’ve used it while working on my computer, watching tv and even while in the kitchen cooking. I love how you can adjust the brightness and even set a timer. It’s not big or heavy so it doesn’t require a lot of space to use. I wish I would have known about these light therapy lamps years ago. They truly make a difference in your mood and mindset. Anyone that is looking to chase those winter blues away, you need this in your life.

Giving it four stars because I honestly cannot attest to whether or not it has any positive effects on me. It is very bright! Hard to not stare at it when it is even on its lowest setting. The four stars is because it is definitely bright and works well, assuming after several days/weeks of use that it would provide the benefits these lights claim. So, it seems to be a quality sun lamp and works as it says it should. For that, four stars. Honestly, I am not sure that I would ever buy one of these though. I just wouldn't feel comfortable with a light this strong so close to me. I would have to look at it, and would be temporarily blinded.

This is a really cool little lamp. Always thought about trying one and now glad that I did! It is small enough and sleek to look cute no matter where you put it. Hopefully it does the trick! Im anxious to see the results of keeping it around for a while.

I've been wanting to try one of these products but I guess I wasn't prepared for just how extremely bright it is. The box shows a person working on the computer right next to it. Due to the extreme brightness that just isn't possible for me. It does have three brightness settings but even the lowest setting has me reaching for my sunglasses. I haven't noticed any effect on my mood yet so will need to continue using it for a longer amount of time to see if I notice a difference. It is better used during the day because at night it has the look of a flood light. The timer function on it is an asset and the cord plugs in securely and is a decent length. The fold in stand that holds it up is a bit flimsy though and alight movement can cause it to tip over.

I have only used this product for a short time. I live in Wisconsin, and winters are long and daylight doesn’t last long. This light produces ALOT of light, possibly too much. On the lowest setting it will light up an entire room. It is very small for how much light it produces, about the size of a small book. There is an extendable arm in the back for the light to stand on a table. It is now spring and becoming brighter and warmer out, time will tell how well the light works.

This did nothing for me. I used it about 5 times. No significant noticeable changes or made me feel different or provided any benefits. This product is not for me. I do recommend to others because it might work for them. Everyone is different.

They say these lights help with the winter blues. They help fight fatigue and help increase alertness. This a light is very easy to use just plug in in and set the setting you want. They are very bright so be careful turning it on.

I got the Suncatcher Ultra to help with the winter gray days. I tried it one morning and couldn’t sleep that night. My husband has tried it but I think we need to increase the intensity because he fell asleep right away as he was using it!

Our winters are very long where we live-north shore of Lake Superior. I was looking for something to add to my morning routine to help me wake up despite the long dark mornings. I love the timer feature in that I set it and don’t have to worry about forgetting to turn it off it something calls my attention before I’m done. It’s also worked great in the bathroom getting ready in the morning putting on my makeup. There are different levels of brightness but honestly they are all very very bright and I had to keep it some distance from my face and could not point it directly at myself. Overall, it helped during the dark winter mornings.

Definitely an energy boost. I have never used a therapy light. I thought it could help my sluggish, tired feeling in the mornings. This is incredibly bright. I find the lowest setting to be the best option for me. Even that setting is really bright. This gives me a boost to go about my day. I keep it on my desk to use every morning when I wake up. It takes up very little space. It can also be hung on the wall if that is preferred. I can really feel a difference since using this light.

I have been looking for a light like this one for a while. I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks and it certainly helps with my mood. Winter in the northeast is brutal and it feels like in the past few years it has become a lot longer, with more grey days than sunny ones. I have the light on for 15min every morning while I’m catching up with emails. It doesn’t take much space and you can set the brightness and a timer. In my opinion the key is consistency and use a little bit everyday.

The Suncatcher Ultra is a compact device with lots ad one. It comes with a timer and glow control. Fits perfect on an end table or a desk if you are working from home. It’s compact size makes it perfect to bring with you when you travel as well.

I've been using this over my lunch break to help with my post lunch energy crash. I use this while I'm eating and reading and then I take a little walk and it's such a great pick me up! I like that it's more natural than coffee and won't have a caffeine crash.
