Misleading Pole Color
The pole is not a dark gray or black color like the images suggest. It's light gray. Keep that in mind if you are looking for a black color pole.

Poor quality
I own the same umbrella, purchased 3 years ago. The new umbrella is a different in a number of ways: 1) the color doesn't match the older version (not tan, but an ugly yellow/off white; 2) the material is a very thin and flimsy polyester vs a nice, thicker canvas like the older one; and 3) the hardware looks very cheap and flimsy vs solid, sturdy hardware on the older version. I'm disappointed and will return.

Size matters!!!
I really thought I had found the umbrella of my dreams - great price, quick delivery and the perfect color of burgundy red. It was a breeze to set up and the mechanism to raise and lower it worked smoothly. Unfortunately, it is NOT 9' square, when fully raised it is only 6 1/2 feet - too small for what need. Now I am stuck with it or forced to pay return shipping.

Good umbrella, good value for price
Great umbrella, fits really well on the patio. Opens and closes easily. The bottom of the pole is a bare metal base that leaves rust marks on the patio if it is left uncovered. The umbrella tilts slightly in the base but generally not a problem. Blocks a lot of light. I've filled the base with water and it seems to be working well with no problems tipping in the breeze.
