Balsam Hill Pre-Lit Bellevue Spruce Artificial Christmas Tree

Tree is easy to set up, very full once fluffed and beautiful. I love the wide base as it keeps the tree very stable with my climbing cat!! The size is exactly what we needed!

The tree is so beautiful and perfectly packaged! We couldn’t wait to set it up so it’s already up in our living room, decorations and all! The gloves really helped make fluffing a breeze

The amount of money spent, not impressed at all you brag about how beautiful and plush the trees are. I added more lights and need to find some greenery that looks similar to a spruce to fill in the bare spots. I ordered the most realistic branches not what i expected it literally looks like paper.I should of went to a big box store and can get a tree that is more realistic with a ton of lights. And alot cheaper. Don't be fouled by the commercials or the catalog.

I have bought 3 Christmas trees plus other things from you. The 1st I bought 4 years ago and love it but we downsize our house when we become empty nesters and I donated to our local college to go in the lobby where the kids hang out. Then I bought a 7 footer and it was to small and y'all made it easy to return. Then I ordered a 9 1/2 foot and love it. It will be perfect.

This product looks NOTHING like the trees on your website. It he's taken many hours of arranging the branches and still looks NOTHING like what's advertised.

This is the narrowest tree that still looks like a tree. Although "Realistic" rather than "most realistic " like our other trees have been, it still looks nice. My objection is that it costs as much as "Most Realistic " trees that are of similar height, but wider. What's up with that???

This is our first artificial tree so I'm trying to keep that in mind but all the fluffing in the world doesn't make this a full tree. It will have to do for this year.

The quality was excellent, very full and beautiful in color.

The tree was so easy to assemble and fluff. The tree has a beautiful shape and there are more than enough lights. Very pleased with this purchase.

Don't care for the plastic part of the branches. Easy to assemble. Pretty appearance after "fluffed".

The quality of BH products has declined making the value proposition near void. This tree looks nice in marketing materials, but most of the tree is the old wire and paper branches and the real life looking branches are few and sparse. They also are a lime green, which gives the tree a sickly look. It will make do for 1 Xmas ( with lots of ornaments and embellishments). But not worth it, even at 50% off. The BH of 10 years ago is no longer - really unfortunate.

Regretfully, for several reasons I needed to replace an old non-functioning pre-lit blue spruce tree that I love. Despite the setup hassle, it was always beautiful. I wanted a replacement pre-lit blue spruce tree with easy plug feature, ability to use clear or multi-colored lights and a smaller, narrower diameter tree. I've searched for several years and the combination I want is not available. Blue spruce trees are not slim trees. I settled on my purchase because I ultimately I need to downsize. My old friend was tired and too difficult to manage. Despite a color difference, I thought another spruce type tree would be most similar to the blue spruce. My purchased tree is too triangular, sparse and the lights shine inconsistently throughout the tree. The lights are heavy on the bottom. The middle and the top lack lights creating a poorly illuminated appearance. The tree doesn't appear as lush as photographed in the catalog. I can see straight through the tree branches to the opposite of the tree. I am so unhappy with this tree. The only positive is that it fits the space because it is a narrower tree than I previously had and that was ultimately why I purchased this tree. I can't wait to disassemble and store the new tree. It saddens me to look at it.

Honestly, I was nervous about investing in a Balsam Hill tree....I mean it's a Christmas Tree, right? As soon as I opened the box - I could tell this was a whole different level than what I've had before and have been nothing but impressed right from the start! The tree was very easy to put up and easy to 'fluff' (love the included fluffing gloves - who would have thought!). I didn't notice a single needle on the carpet from the assembly and fluffing....I usually have to vaccum to clear up the scattering of needles... What really sealed the deal for me was decorating....I have a number of heavier ornaments...which on my past trees have bent branches down or been hard to 'position' because the flimsy branches couldn't hold the weight. The branches on the Bellevue Spruce are REALLY sturdy and my ornaments hang beautifully. I could not be happier!

I thought the tree I purchaed had programmable lights, but it doesn't....very sad. However, the tree is very nice and my husband it happy with how it looks.

I was nervous about buying a tree online, but I'm so happy with this tree. There is a mix of two types of needles: one more plastic and one more a sturdy fabric. They look nice together and add some variety. There are secondary branches on many of the rows that really help the tree to fill out when you open them all up. I'm impressed by how full it is. My only concern is the outlets that connect through the trunk. When you wiggle a section, the lights flicker and I'm worried the connection may stop working before the lights do, but only time will tell. Highly recommend this tree. Very happy with my purchase.
