To ensure we offer only quality and safe products, no PVCs, Latex, Teflon, Phthalates chemicals, fungicides, Bisphenol A (BPA), BPS or other bisphenols, antibacterial chemicals, microbial, mildewcides biocides water, grease, chemical, or stain proof/resistant/repellant, per fluorinated chemicals or PFC's, flame/fire retardant/resistant, UV light resistant, anti static, heavy metals and lead, or coatings of any kind are used in our manufacturing process. It is made from virgin polypropylene resin. All Sterilite products are compliant with the California Proposition 65.

A: Hi Marh! The 66 Qt. Latching Storage Box is made of Polypropylene plastic, and was designed for general household use. Sterilite only uses high quality FDA food safe grade plastics that are non-toxic. These plastics do not contain PVC's, Latex, Teflon, Phthalates chemicals, fungicides, Bisphenol A (BPA), or antibacterial chemicals. Nor do we use them in the manufacturing process of our items.

Love the lavender color. I always keep coming back to this style of storage box by bright room. The quality is just as great as the big name brands, at half the price! I color coordinate so I know what I’m storing belongs to who in the family. I need see through boxes, if it’s out of sight, it’s out of mind. Please don’t stop making these!

These are smaller than the 66qt Sterilite bins, and lower quality. Target now stopped carrying the old Sterilite bins since they got these inferior store-branded versions.

The Target version of a regular 66qt bin is worthless. We spent hundreds of dollars for nice métal Métal shelving in our storage unit - only these bins being 18" wide, doesn't fit 3 bins across. Go with a Branded bin instead of the Target Bright room version. And, the bin cracked within the first week of owning it.
