I'm thoroughly enjoying the silver colored set, the size and amount of candles lend to versatile placement and the remote is a great add for convininience. The advertisement is true to it's quality and despite reading some less than good reviews before purchasing, I'm very glad I bought them. I bought the set specifically to set on the window seal of my picture window for the holidays. I now may leave them up year-long in different spots throughout my home and look forward to using the clip adapter in the future. They've been burning bright daily on the timer for 22 days thus far with the first set of batteries and the flickering glow they emit behind my window blinds is beautiful.

Great Look, Disappointing Quality
The candles look really nice and add a warm touch to the tree. I like that they are battery-operated, and the remote works well and is easy to use. Unfortunately, they break very easily. The clips that attach the candles to the tree keep breaking, which is disappointing and makes them hard to use long-term. Overall, they look great, but the durability is a big issue.

dont waste your money
First of all, I bought two sets last year for $15 each and now they're $45. That's a ridiculous increase. The "flame" is extremely flimsy and breaks easily. I wouldn't have been shocked that some of them didnt work this year but out of 12 candles not a single one works. I am so disappointed in these and now I have to throw them all away.

Garbage.
These candles are garbage. I got them last year when they were only $30 and even that is too expensive for the horrible product. I went through 3 boxes last year to find sets that completely work. And here we are this year and I have 12 that don’t work from last year. And on top of that they raised the price to $45. Save your money and don’t buy these!

I liked that these candles could be used on the window sill and on the tree. I put in new batteries. And set them in my windows using the daily on/off option. I believe it’s 4 hours. One week later the batteries are dead!! I have battery operated pillar candles as well as garland and they last all season, plus.

Holiday Candles
After much research, I purchased this set. It was more expensive then most but offered nicer looking antique finish candlesticks and a remote with options. My only complaint is that the battery shows through two layers of plastic "candle". This is visible in the daytime and spoils the "upscale" look of the product. Fortunately they do not show at night when the lights are on and the outside is dark. If the candles (or just the external candle sleeve) were made opaque, I would give the product five stars.

Meh. Not the greatest.
The battery container is clearly visible through the thin plastic of the main candle. These can be made into 4 inch candles or 6 inch. The inner part can be taken out, but that inner part is see through and causes a dark cast when used in or out of the main candle. Also the flame is a very cheap LED yellow color with little light power. Pretty disappointing.

They’re not perfect but they’re great for the price. I bought these last year - I probably did two battery replacements (so three batteries) over the season mid November to mid Jan. I used the timer with 6 hours on 18 off. The remote to do this takes a little finessing. I lined the candles up, loaded the batteries and kept hitting the timer feature on the remote until I got all to turn on and blink that the timer has been enabled. Once that was done, I placed them in the windows. They look great from the street and are heavy enough to not fall off the sill which was an issue with my old ones. I would buy these again. There are more expensive similar ones from specialty shops that have more features and are probably not as glitchy.
