This AquaDance High-Pressure 48 Setting Luxury showerhead combo has one of a kind features! Comes in a premium spot-resistant Brushed Nickel finish that won’t scratch, chip, or fade. Choose from 12 different single options or 36 mixed water flow patterns. The 6 flow settings include Rain, Massage, Mist, and Pause, and two mixed modes. A 7" face Slimline rainfall shower head for extra-wide flow coverage and a large 4" face Slimline hand shower for higher flow velocity and water efficiency. Patented 3-way water diverter for directing water flow to either one or both showers. Anti-clog rub-clean jets for easy cleaning and preventing lime buildup. You can use the showerheads either together or separately according to your showering preferences. Each shower features a high-power 3-zone PrecisionFlo(TM) dial for superior water pressure. A little disappointed........
I ordered this shower head and hand held and where it looks exactly like what it pictured it does not have 48 settings it has 6 settings for the main shower head and 6 for the handheld shower head for a total of 12 settings.

Beautiful dual showerheads
Wow- I did not understand the meaning of the term “Rain Shower” until I had these shower heads installed in my bathrooms. The water coming down is fine and comforting. The hand held attachment can be made to not run, be run separately with the main shower head off or bot running at the same time. Just wonderful. I just got these so I have to play with the other settings to see what else they do, but they are great. The hose for the handheld is very long so if you need to assist someone that cannot stand up in the shower and needs to be seated, this will work very well.
