Q: Is this shower liner mildew resistant?

A: If you don't wipe it and dry it after every shower, it will get moldy. I went through two of these and it became a lot of work having to wipe it dry every day. There won't be a third.

I love that although it’s lightweight it is still a good quality shower liner. I originally purchased a heavyweight liner from a competitor and didn’t like it. It was too thick and wouldn’t relax enough to lay against the shower. I looked at the competitors lightweight shower liner and it looked very cheap. I refused to purchase it. While at Target I seen this liner hanging up. I was impressed that it didn’t look like it was junk. This liner is perfect!

The word Lightweight in the product title and the price should give you a clue on the quality. I would not recommend this liner for a bathroom where the shower is used daily. The liner is extremely thin and if used daily, in my opinion, it definitely would tear. I bought it for a guest bathroom that is rarely used so I liked the price. I would have rather paid more and got a heavier liner.
