Q: I've put the batteries in and nothing happens. It doesn't light up and I can't find any on/off switch on the bottom. The light test button on the pumpkin worked, so the light was working.
A: took me a minute to figure out but on the bottom right of the battery box there was a clear silicone covering on the small on and off switch
submitted byNicole - 14 days agoA: There is an on off switch under the white soft plastic small rectangle you can slide under the white rectangle. I have two pumpkins but they won’t turn on when I’m on position. :(

Q: If the face is on the front of the pumpkin, is the back just a blank pumpkin? Where do the batteries go in, in the bottom or the back?
A: Batteries go at the bottom (underneath) the pumpkin

Q: Would this be okay outside on a porch?
A: Yes. The other answer is incorrect. These say right on the tag indoor or sheltered out door. If you are looking to have an adorable bright little pumpkin for outside where it won't get wet, these are perfect!!!! Love this little guy!!!

Q: How do I remove the "try me" test button?
Q: Pumpkins won’t turn on when in the on position? I see there is the off/O setting and then there is the timer and also an On/I setting. I put in batteries with & w/out button batteries and it won’t just turn on? Does it only do a timer?

Q: How to turn on this switch on for this pumpkin ?
A: Hi Sammy - Thank you for your interest in the 8" Lit Pumpkin Blow Mold Halloween Decorative Prop. This item does have a timer: 6 hours on, 18 hours off. The timer starts when it is put in the "TIMER" setting on the switch box and will automatically turn on and off in 6 hours on, 18 hours off intervals. Happy shopping! - Emma
