A: you can use goo gone, acetone or rubbing alcohol

I ordered this as a birthday gift for someone. I did my usual drive up pick up order. When I got home I noticed there was no wick coming out the top of the candle. I flipped it over and the candle slipped right out with the wick unattached. I tried to put it back in but due to the fact that it is a paraffin candle it was just melting all over my hands.

I got the jar out of the bag. Took off the tissue paper and noticed no wick. I then flipped it upside down and found the candle wasn’t adhered to the jar and the wick came out as the candle slid out. I’m not sure if this happened before pick up and they just didn’t feel like getting another one or if it came like that. They’re sending another. If the wick is gone I will edit this post.
