Missing items
Quality is fine. I packed for my son for school. When we arrived and unpacked everything the flat sheet and sham were not included. If all items were included I would give 5 stars. Be sure to check packaging that all items are accounted for before you get to where you need it.

So comfortable!
Perfect amount of softness and firmness. I like that these pillows keep their shape when you lay on them. They also stay cool at night, which is a plus. There's always a "cool side" to these pillows. Highly recommend!

Love these pillows!
I'm a side sleeper and have major issues with my neck and shoulders. I have been sleeping on a very hard gel pillow that feels like a brick. I saw these pillows and thought I'd give them a try and boy am I glad I did. Soft and cushy with enough firmness to help me sleep through the night and wake up without pain. I've been using them for about 2 months and they still feel like the first night I had them. Love them so much I sent some to my brother and his wife and they love them too.
