Good prosuct and value
Works well for joint pain etc. good value too. It does contain shellfish (where chondroitin is derived from) fyi. Definitely take with food too.

Easy to take a smaller dose.
I can’t take the full dose, it makes my knee slip. A mini dose is just what I needed. I tried splitting full dose tablets in half but they scratch my throat.

It is a GREAT product.

This product saved my life. An active person with arthritis is not fun to watch. I was screaming before I started on it with my Turmeric. I’m receiving so much compliments for my energy. Product okay but I would rather have the same as I had before. You keep changing the formulation numbers. These are smaller pills but you have to take 6 as one daily amount. I'd rather take one larger pill.

I like the size very much. They are much easier to take. However, it is very important for the person taking the order to make sure the customer knows that with the new size the amount of daily consumption is changed from 3 to 6 thus one uses up one bottle of 360 tabs very quickly!

Arthritus relief
I purchased this for the arthritus I have in my lumbar spine from several lifting injuries and subsequent surgeries. After about 10 dose as the bottle instructed the sharp pains have started to subside. I still have the pain, but it is much duller and easier to tolerate. Good stuff!

My joints still hurt will have to try something else , especially my shoulders
