Gave me headaches! I was so hoping I could take this.

Come on Swanson! These were Ok and they worked. But when you added methacrylic acid copolymer and propylene glycol to the inactive ingredients, that let them out for me! Go back to the inactive ingredients you use to use (and no mannitol either!), and I will go back to the Swanson brand. SAMe is a vital supplement for me due to a genetic condition.

My husband uses this supplement. Has beneficial effects for his osteoarthritis. Has much improved range of motion in his neck. Thank you

Great product- pills are small and easy to feed my dog. I only wish it wasn’t in foil packaging. A standard bottle would be fine with me.

Vet told me my dog had liver issues. I started him on Milk Thistle and this SAMe several years ago. The 200mg dose is the perfect amount for his weight and is hard to find elsewhere. It is rather expensive, but his bloodwork comes back in normal ranges. :-)

After receiving but not opening it, I learned that it can cause or increase anxiety and inisomnia. These are the 2 issues I was trying to alleviate. I have, therefore, not used it. If possible, I would like to return it.

This product is GREAT! I had depression about COVID and how it was limiting us as human beings from gathering, celebrating, shopping, having fun and other wonderful things we as human beings are about. In the midst of COVID my oldest brother died and I couldn't even get on a plane and go to Arizona for a funeral. None of my family who doesn't live there could. I am also a disabled vet and I have PTSD. So it was important for me to be able to find a sense of my belongingness. I had read about this product and since it is a natural substance I knew I needed something to help me out. I began taking it. On just the third morning I noticed a significant difference in how I felt. My sense of humor was back. It had been buried under the depression. I felt more like myself and that I could find positive aspects of things more easily. It was truly boosting whatever part of my brain that responds more light-hearted to things. Thank You Swanson for providing this. I will not be without it!

Have taken SAMe for several years and this product is just as good as more expensive brands.

This is very effective and good quality product. I’ve tried SAMe from the other companies, their tablets just go through undissolved.

I have used and enjoyed the original SamE 200 mg shown in the picture and on-line. However, the product I received was not this product, There are many new ingredients (not healthy) in the SamE I received. I re-ordered a 2nd box thinking there was a shipping error and received the same. So both boxes were returned and I am waiting for a credit. Too bad they changed the product and also that what you see on-line is not what you get. Do not use the new SamE before reading all the ingredients.

This supplement is one of the many that I take. I do take the 200 mg for there are 60 tablets in a box verse the higher dosage of 400 mg only has 30.

I have been using this product off and on for a few years..It really makes a difference in my moods and my body feels less old and achy.

The formula has changed an it's much less effective than in the past. Disappointed.
