Third party seller unable to contact to resolve issues. DO NOT ORDER THIRD PARTY ON TARGET
Unfortunately, the Target app overrided my selected address to send this item to my default address on the app. I am not sure what caused that issue. However, I am writing this review to warn others against ordering 3rd party because there is no customer service options through any entity when ordered this way through Target. Target has said they are unable to help because it is 3rd party, there is no contact information or methods for Target to contact the seller, and the carrier will only follow directions from the seller to change any shipment details. It is a shady practice to have no accountability for common issues such as a wrong address. I have lost $200 from this ordeal, and while I didn't expect a straightforward response from Target due to the invoice having the incorrect address, I did at least expect to be able to have an explanation of policies with some sort of costumer service representative.

Looks Luxury!
I bought this set because I just moved and needed seating for my front porch. I figured that if it only lasts this summer and fall it's ok because the price was so low. The quality of this set is amazing! It was so easy to assemble and looks like I paid hundreds more than I did. I'm going to apply some teak oil to protect the wood because this set will last.

Disappointed
The furniture looks very nice. We assembled it in mid June. It sits on a covered porch and there has been no rain and no excessive heat. The wood on the furniture is splitting and needs to be refinished. Target only gives you a 90 day warranty so they won’t do anything. The manufacturer costway has a year warranty on the same product if we had purchased it through their website. but since we purchased at target the manufacturer will not do anything. I’m very disappointed and not sure what to do. I really don’t feel like refinishing furniture. That is just a few months old.

Straightforward to assemble. Heavy duty hardware. Solid wood sections have a solid stance when bolted together. Pillows are a little flimsy and would be nicer if they were more dense.

This is a very sturdy set. I was extremely happy with the weight capacity which was generous compared to many other chairs. I was looking for solid chairs that could support additional weight. It was packed very well and arrived within two days. The pictured instructions were a great guide and the whole set was put together in less than 45 minutes. This set was on sale and I felt like I got a great bargain. I really like the style of this set and I am very happy with it. I would definitely recommend this set.

These chairs were very easy to put together. Directions are straightforward. I really like that they’re made with real wood. They have a good weight to them. I think the cushions could be a bit more cushiony. They’re rather firm but I honestly don’t think it’ll be a huge deal. Just more of a preference. But for the price I really can’t complain. Let’s see how they last!

I read at least 50 reviews before purchasing this product. My set was easy to put together when it arrived, and the instructions were clear. I did notice some potential flaws in the wood, but no breakage no holes that weren't intended to be there. Once put together, the set felt sturdy enough although I can understand why people would think it wasn't sturdy, if not put together properly. Because the wood is so light, it feels like it might not be sturdy, so I do sit down on it carefully without flopping. I water sealed / treated the wood as soon as I got it to make sure that I was giving it the best chance to stand up to the elements, since it is intended for outdoor use. I give 4 stars because the wood in some places does look "patched," but it sits comfortably, it looks great, and I haven't found it to be un sturdy. I had a 300 pound guest sitting in the chair comfortably, and he felt comfortable, nothing made him feel the chair would not support him.
