Work great, my daughter is very sensitive and gets a rash quickly. It works great with in hours rash is gone!

Cleared diaper rash within a few days !!!

Smells terrible!! Like gasoline and burnt rubber.

Runny and ineffective. They shouldn't have changed the formula.

They changed the packaging claiming that it's still the same great formula. Well low and behold, they actually changed the formula too! The new formula is very thin & runny in consistency! It's not like it used to be where it was nice and thick and stayed on and actually provided an effective barrier! It's so thin and runny that when I put it on my finger, if I tilt my finger just a little bit the glob will slide right off my finger! When I spread it on my baby's bum it goes on so sheer like an oil and I feel that it makes my babies bottom red! How is this is any way effective as a barrier? We also keep this tube in our cold AC home so it's not like it's being stored in 90° weather...very disappointing. Why change something that wasn't broken? Sadly I will have to look for a totally new brand and product.

We love A&D! The nicu recommended this to us & we have went through 2 tubes of this! This works great! My baby doesn't get very many rashes however he has GI issues so when he starts getting a little red this clears it up quick!

This creme was a lifesaver for my one year old. He goes to daycare and got a viral virus that was going around and it caused him to have an awful rash in his diaper area. Nothing was helping so I decided to give this a try and in literally one night, I saw a huge difference. The rash is so much better and I am so thankful for this! Definitely recommend! A&D was recommended by a friend of mine for diaper rashes after giving birth to my first kid in 2024. My 9-month old daughter had a major rash after trying out a different diaper brand than what we normally use. Put A&D on after every diaper change, within a couple days the rash disappeared. Each time we would put the ointment on her, she would feel so much relief. It worked so quickly and it's so easy to use with the squeeze tube! Highly recommend to first time parents looking for an ointment to use!

This is my #2 cream next to Desitin. I will choose this first if they are beat red or bleeding because I feel this heals much faster. I dislike the goopy messy application but the results are amazing.

A tried and true classic - nothing works on a diaper rash quite like A&D. If the little ones have a really bad one using this with an additional barrier over it was always a great solution. Otherwise, it’s just great on its own.

My newborn got the worst rash and this was recommended by a friend who used it on her baby when something similar happened. It worked like a miracle. I use it until this day almost daily and my child is 1.5 years old now.

We love this for a skin protection cream. It doesn’t necessarily fight diaper rash, but prevents it and can be layered on top of a zinc oxide cream to work in conjunction.
