Worked great for what we needed for four months ( knew it was a chromebook and wanted a chromebook). However, now it just has a black screen and will not turn on. We are very disappointed and feel we wasted our money.

Please don't make my mistake and expect much. This is not a laptop. It is a Chromebook. You cannot save things well, unless you go through the Cloud, which I personally don't like. In addition, there are some glitches and it is just not user friendly.
