Easy to setup, register, and works great for family

Laptop keeps restarting randomly. I don't know why or how to fix it. Also volume is very low in spite of being turned up to 100%.

Right out of the box, experiencing problems. Doesn’t wake up after entering sleep mode

Great laptop. Love that it's Windows 11 and has bluetooth capabilities. Easy to setup and transfer all my filed from old laptop to this new one.

Nice computer for the price. Don't like that there is no light to indicate that the computer is on. Also, no light to indicate that cap locks is on.

Acer laptops have been my go-to since 2007. Had to replace my laptop due to a unexpected move and this one fit the bill. I don't game as much as I use to (MMOs) but Sims 4 plays flawlessly on high with every DLC known to man. Anything else you'd want to do with this laptop, you won't have any issues with.

It's just fine for what it is, but a bit annoying when it reboots on its own. Also, I didn't expect to have to open it up and upgrade it myself when it arrived. Instead, I was sent a part and a link on how to add the part. I'm not confident that this is a job for me and I don't want to ruin it before I even use it. So, it has not been upgraded because I don't want to pay someone to open a brand new computer. This is my 5th Acer, but I think it might be my last purchase. They don't seem to have a lot of durability. My last one quit after 14 months. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who needs it for something really important like business.

It is a good value for the price. However, the display has a white glow to it which I can't seem to get rid of no matter how I adjust the brightness.

Very nice laptop. Large screen. Nice keyboard. Fast enough. Good value. Only drawback is this model does not have a backlit keyboard.

Previous year models were much nicer. The display is absolutely atrocious. Everything is over brightened and washed out, even after fiddling with all of the hardware and software display adjustments I could find. Removal of the backlit keyboard was a bummer.

Very good mid range, can handle decent workloads. Mine is the Ryzen 3 5300u. 8GB Ram and 256gb sad.. bought this like 2 weeks ago, solid and you won’t be disappointed

I got this about a week ago and it has been working perfectly. I needed a laptop for work/school and since I already had a pretty expensive desktop, I didn't see the need to go overboard on a laptop. Day to day usage has yielded no problems. I had to use this for about 5 hours at work with about 6 tabs open, word processing software, and the phone link app open and the battery life (as someone else said on here) only depleted about 10% an hour. Should be noted, however, that I was running on battery savings mode, which reduces the CPU's power. It is responsive and quick, no problems to report there. I will say that I think the memory size may need to be doubled in the future as 8gb (running at 3200mhz on one channel btw) on Windows 11 pretty much is utilized at about 35% right on startup. I didn't encounter any issues with that as of yet, however, and fortunately RAM is upgradable. Thermals were also surpsingly great, CoreTemp said it ran only at about 40-45C under the use mentioned above. CPU utilization also was low, never had any problems with that bogging me down. Gaming definitely is possible, the Radeon graphics can take on most light games. I only played older and lightweight titles, but I can confirm that I was able to make around 60 fps on those. Don't expect that for latest AAA performance, though. The only issue I'd say it has is the display. It is not the best. While it gets bright enough, it does not have the greatest dynamic range and viewing angles are somewhat limited. I don't think this is an issue for 99% of people, as it is still 1080p and is sufficient. Regardless, I think the low cost and performance forgives it either way. Finally, just to clarify (as there are a lot of small differences between models), this particular unit does not have the backlight keyboard nor does it have the fingerprint scanner. Bottom line: For the price point, and in general, it is almost impossible to beat.

This laptop can play recent games at low setting, solid aluminum design. Good for browsing since the battery life is decent and also ok for gaming (30fps on some triple A games. I wouldn't say this is a gaming laptop, but the processor is powerful). This laptop can be used for people who are interested in doing middle heavy tasks such as programming. I cannot say that I have an issue with this laptop performance-wise coming from someone who is tech-savvy. I can say I would recommend this laptop to anybody. Fast delivery, laptop came in good condition, ability to exit safe mode to get access to most microsoft apps, it is upgradable.

It works really well. Runs fast, has a lot of space, and is easy to set up.
