The item works great and as described so far but i have only had it a few days. I purchased this remanufactured item specifically because it stated it was still under the Acer manufacturers warranty. Once I tried to file proof of purchase I received an email stating that it could not be warrantied by the manufacturer. Feels like deceptive marketing.

Highly disappointed. 10 days till Christmas. I ordered this for my gamer son. I was so excited to have found this for cheap but now I know why. First, the box arrived completely damaged with multiple holes in it. It also came completely open. Second, assuming that the first issue was all from shipping.. this 1200$ computer came completely unprotected. No packaging inside the box to keep it in place or safe. Just a PC bouncing around in this box. Third, I buy refurbished often as I’m a single mom and usually can’t afford “new”. But this DIDNT EVEN COME WITH THE CORRECT POWER CORD. So not only is it packaged like garbage, the box was destroyed and even if I wanted to put my pride aside and pray it works… I can’t because it doesn’t even have the right power cord. I called target customer service and got nothing accomplished. Which is even more disappointing because I don’t really know what I’m supposed to do with a potentially damaged PC and the wrong power cord. Return to store ? I live an hour away from any target. And my son is out a gift for Christmas. Wish I could comment on the actual function of the PC but…. I can’t.
