Arrived broken twice. DO NOT BUY!

$75 for a 27 inch screen, sounds good. Bought one, Fedex laid it on its side instead of 'this side up' when it arrived. Very poor packaging. Items were moving around inside the box. Monitor had no front, corner, or top and bottom protection and was broken on one corner. Returned and bought another of the same since the deal was still active. Fedex did the same thing AGAIN. Loose items inside the box AGAIN. This time, the monitor was separated at the top and when I plugged it in, it showed cracks all across the screen. Returned. Time wasted. Acer doesn't properly package their products so I can't trust them when it comes to shipping anymore. Fedex has always been terrible. Wish we could choose our shipper. Look elsewhere for a monitor or at the very least don't buy an Acer since they've cheaped out on packaging. I ended buying an MSI elsewhere. Excellent packaging although the retailer also used Fedex who still laid it on its side.
