Adults and Children 6 Years of Age and Older

Use once a day after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste; remove cap; hold bottle upright and squeeze. Fill to fill line (10 mL); vigorously swish 10 milliliters of rinse between your teeth for 1 minute and then spit out; do not swallow the rinse; do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing; instruct children under 12 years of age in good rinsing habits (to minimize swallowing); supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision.

    Fresh breath all day.

    I've been using Act since 2018. It's very gentle in my mouth, with no weird smell and no strong taste. You can feel the cleanliness after rinsing. It keeps my breath fresh for a long period. I recommend it, as it's also very affordable.

    As someone who is cavity prone, this stuff is amazing. The taste is minty, but doesn’t burn. You only need to use it once per day, unlike other brands. Easy to dispense the right amount with the built in cup. It lasts a long time too! So far no more cavities since i’ve been using, fingers crossed!

    My boys use this daily! They’re 8 and 9 so to find something that doesn’t burn is huge! The ingredients matter bc they’re small kids. This doesn’t leave a residue like some other brands. The size is perfect for our needs.

    No Alcohol
