Good idea, quercetin plus zinc
To be taken with zinc, against various flu-like viruses,excellent idea I got from a friend. I shared an extra box with another friend and now he credits me with saving his life. Quercetin, Zinc, Vit C, Vit D -voila! You are healthy!

I’ve been taking it since everyone was quarantined along with vitamin D3, fish oil, vitamin C and black elderberry. I haven’t had a cold since December 2019.

no more thick lines in back of my throat
I suffered from allergies for the last 10 years. I had 2 thick lines going down the back of my throat from the constant draining. Thankfully someone introduced me to this product and I only take 1 cap. a day now depending on the time of year and what is floating around outside. the lines in the back of my throat disappeared within about a week. I also combine this with Nettles. I have to take both. I Highly recommend this product.
